Wyatt Macfarlane

Introduction:

Wyatt Macfarlane joined Crook Legal Group in 2024 as an associate attorney focusing on real estate law. Based in Millard County, he assists clients with property transactions, deed preparation, estate planning, and related matters.

During law school, Mr. Macfarlane gained diverse legal experience through several clerkships and clinical programs. He served at the Texas Tech Civil Practice Clinic, where he managed deed preparation and estate planning cases. He also completed clerkships at Whittenburg Law, concentrating on immigration matters, and at Bustos Law Firm, where he drafted motions and conducted legal research.

Mr. Macfarlane received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University. His practice combines legal expertise with practical agricultural knowledge gained through his experience as a ranch hand.

A native of Millard County, Mr. Macfarlane maintains strong ties to the local ranching community. Outside of his legal practice, he actively pursues his passion for ranching and agriculture. This unique background enables him to better serve clients in rural communities while maintaining his connection to his agricultural roots.
