Anna Bryner

Anna Bryner

Introduction:

Anna Bryner joined Crook Legal Group in August 2024 after earning her law degree from BYU Law School. As a civil litigator, she represents clients in a broad range of disputes. She also advises clients on business formation, real estate conflicts, and matters involving public entities.

In addition to her regular practice areas, Ms. Bryner has a particular interest in First Amendment issues. She spent her summers during law school working on First Amendment appellate litigation at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and Schaerr Jaffe LLP. She also worked as a research assistant for the Sutherland Institute and Religious Freedom Institute, where she researched law and policy affecting religious freedom. She currently volunteers as a Rising Generation Fellow for the International Center for Law and Religion Studies at BYU Law School.

Ms. Bryner is a proud native of Carbon County, Utah. In her free time, she is an avid follower of U.S. Supreme Court constitutional jurisprudence and legal podcasts. She also enjoys a few non-law hobbies, including hiking, playing the piano, and cheering for BYU football.
