Case evaluation meetings are free and last 15-minutes. Case evaluations are conducted by members of our intake team. Our intake team members ask direct, focused questions and will explain our cost structures to you.
One of our attorneys will confer with the intake team member to determine if your case is one we can take. If the attorney decides to move forward, he will schedule one more 15-minute meeting with you to discuss strategy, confirm cost estimates, and your intent to move forward.
After completing this form, we will perform a conflict check. If we do not have a conflict of interest, we will contact you to schedule the case evaluation meeting.
Please keep in mind that a case evaluation meeting does not make us your attorneys. We will not become your attorneys unless we sign a formal legal representation agreement.
